"Ekie namas" company has built and certified first residential A ++ class house in Lithuania by the stunning Pyvesa river loop near Pasvalys. All the buildings are divided into 9 classes: from G to A ++ according to their energy performance. The A ++ class certificate indicates that the building almost does not use energy, and the minimal ammount that it uses, comes from the sun, wind and other renewable sources.
